At Hooke, Hooke & Eckman Realtors, we know that buying a home can be a difficult and confusing process. Our trained Buyer’s Agents can take the headaches out of buying a home and put the fun back in, typically AT NO COST TO YOU! What is a Buyer’s Agent?
A Buyer’s Agent is a trained professional whom you contract to look out for your best interest. It is their job to find homes within your parameters, negotiate contracts in your favor (not the seller’s) and make sure that everything is taken care of, right up to the settlement table.
Is a Buyer’s Agent really FREE?
Typically yes. The Buyer’s Agent will normally receive a fee from the Selling Agent, whom has already predetermined the fee with the seller. This means that there is NO COST TO YOU. Now, with that being said, there are other circumstances where you may wish to acquire a property that is not already listed with a Broker, in which case your Buyer’s Agent will still be able to help you, and there may be a fee.
Won’t I get a better deal if I call the Listing Agent?
The Listing Agent has a contract with the seller, and must look out for the seller’s best interest. Wouldn’t you like to have someone looking out for YOUR best interest?
PLUS, keeping track of all those agents can be a pain. When you have a Buyer’s Agent, you only have one phone number to remember. Your agent has access to ALL PROPERTIES in the area, regardless of what company’s sign is out front.
Call today and schedule a time for one of our Trained Buyer’s Agents to give you ten more reasons why you should have somebody looking out for you. Your new agent will explain the process, and take all of the work out of buying your new home. ![]() |
